Customer tracking will only be available if you have been sent tracking information upon dispatch.
You can track your parcel via Deutsche Post here (this will show the last known status only) using your tracking reference and the date of dispatch.
You can also track via the website of your local postal service (using the same tracking reference) once the parcel has entered your country and cleared customs. Please note that some regions postal services don't offer end to end tracking with our DHL Globalmail service so updates won't be available until delivery.
