Does my parcel have tracking?
If tracking is available for your order, it will have been sent via email when your order is processed and dispatched by us. You can also grab your order number and the email you ordered with, and head over to our tracking page and should tracking updates been available, they will be shown.

You will need to contact your local postal service (such as USPS if you're in the US) quoting your tracking number to arrange redelivery or collection.

The tracking states it is awaiting information from the carrier.
This can mean that the parcel still needs to be processed and scanned through by Royal Mail - please allow at least 2-3 working days from dispatch for this to be completed, and allow extra time on top of this during peak sales periods such as Christmas and New Year and new collection drops.
