I need to change or cancel my order, can you help me with this?

Once you have placed your order, we're unable to make changes to your order or your address so please ensure these are double checked as they are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you wish to process a cancellation please contact us ASAP with the email title "cancellation" and your order number. We aim to get your packages sent out to you as soon as possible so the chances are your order may be on it's way by the time we see your request. If this is the case, we do advise refusing the delivery of the parcel or creating a returns request upon arrival.

It's really important that you double check that your billing and shipping details are in full and correct and that you have all the correct items in your cart before submitting your order.
