We will be in touch as soon as your order arrives back with us to arrange a new shipment. Unfortunately the return to sender process may take longer than an outbound delivery, and this is outside of our control. Refunds and replacements cannot be issued until the original order has arrived back with us.
Please note that reshipment fees may be payable and we cannot accept responsibility for covering items returned to sender due to missed deliveries or address errors and/or issues.
