While the delivery estimates given are usually met, for various reasons it can sometimes take a little longer for your goodies to reach you! We know, it sucks, we hate waiting for our latest treats too! But unfortunately this isn't something we can control or speed up for you. Your patience and understanding is much appreciated not only by us, but by our trusty postal services.
Please allow at least
- 15 working days for all UK orders (excluding Next Day Guaranteed Services)
- 30 working days for international orders (excluding Express Services)
- If you are outside the UK and your tracking states that your parcel is currently with Customs in your country, please allow at least 45 working days for processing.
In the extremely rare event that your order hasn't arrived within this time, pop us a message to customerservice@shopdixi.com making sure you include your order number in case we need additional information to open a claim with Royal Mail.
