There have been no tracking updates and I have allowed extra time.

There could be a number of reasons why a parcel has been delayed, but we aren't able to expedite parcels in the process of being delivered. Customs and security checks, as well as localised delays, are usually the main reasons why you might be waiting. We recommend tracking directly via your local postal services tracking page (such as USPS if you're in the US), as sometimes there can be a delay with the parcels current status updating on third party websites.

You can also track via Royal Mail here to see the last known status, or to see if the parcel has been processed by them.

If it has been 45 business days since the last status update, drop us a message customerservice@shopdixi.com so we can look into it further with Royal Mail / your local postal service.
